Info-care is for capturing personal info on families and children. It is also where we capture info about our team

SharePoint is where we store company documents and information resources. We are able to locate documents about administration, health and safety, etc
Zendesk is used to create maintenance or IT job requests. Need help, head here
Esker is our accounts payable system. This is used to approve invoices
Yammer is our internal communication platform (similar to Facebook ) just for the Kindercare team
StaffSync helps use locate and manage our great relievers
Teamtailor our new way to attract, manage and hire team members. New position at Kindercare are posted and managed here
1Place is used for Health and Safety info, and ticketing for Family Services and CAPEX
SAS is our data analytics platform
MYOB MyStaffInfo is used by teams in Support Offices when applying for leave
RDP is used by members of our team who need access to specific servers within our offices
MItel is our system to check voicemails left on our landline system

Our email app for both internal and external communication
Outlook Calendar is our calendar app for keeping track of our time/appointments
Onedrive stores files from mainly Windows based PC’s like Admins or Support Teams
Teams is our chat app used between individuals and teams within Kindercare to chat or video call (Similar to apps like Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger)
Onenote is used for note-taking and collaboration between team members
Stream is our streaming video platform. Like Youtube but just for Kindercare

Google Drive is used mainly by centres to store files and folders for sharing and editing. Drive can be used to backup photos from all kinds of devices too
Google Docs is used to create and edit documents similar to Microsoft Word. Useful for Chromebooks and iPads
Google Play Music is our music service that we can upload and store Centre CD’s in. We use our centre account for this
Google Photos is used to store large amounts of photos. We can do this automatically from our devices or manually drag them in
YouTube is where the world keeps its videos
